These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place on it. By browsing the site or buying from it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are.
Products and descriptions
We describe our product as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, so packaging and product shades may vary slightly from the images.
The Volume Balm is a cosmetic product. It is not a medicine and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Claims on this site describe the appearance of skin.
Read the ingredient list before use. The formula contains retinol and is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Patch test on the inner arm if your skin is reactive, and stop using the product if irritation appears. If you have a skin condition, are under dermatological treatment, or use prescription retinoids, speak to your doctor before starting any new active. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We will contact you if that happens.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, and will always refund it, where the product is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be delivered to, or where we cannot lawfully ship to your country.
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns are covered by our Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under it. Tell us if you think someone else has access.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, or to upload anything harmful, abusive or infringing. We may suspend access if you do.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, design and original images on this site belong to us or to our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party trade marks that appear on this site remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement or partnership.
Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photograph or comment, you grant us permission to publish and use it in connection with the product, and you confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may decline or remove any submission.

Where we link to other sites we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Liability
We provide the site as it is and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, and the courts of France have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
